In the ''Complete Animated Series'', Artie's character designs can be found; there are several of them, clearly dating back to the early days of the show (he'd clearly been planned to be used for a long time). Oddly, they're down as ''[[Charles Ruttheimer III|Upchuck's]]'' designs, either a sign that the two were originally the same character or simply a big mess-up by the DVD crew.
