In [[Mother's Love]], the frightened, red-haired pizza-delivery boy was telling the truth when he said his skin had been replaced with a synthetic and that he had been repeatedly kidnapped and used for experiments. However, the aliens he describes don't match any of the species known to the [[Folk]].

 

Artie Simmons assassinates [[Angier Sloane]] with an alien weapon in October 2010, but subsequent investigation reveals he was used as a dupe by other political forces.
