'''Covell Hall''' is the dormitory used by the complement of elite cadets known as the [[Phantom Eagles]] on the campus of the [[United States Academy of Extranormal Studies]], in Evansville, Indiana.
It is also designated as one of a number of Level 4 secure emergency shelters on the USAES campus (along with [[Zero Area]], [[Trueblood Cafeteria]], [[Hoerr Hall]], the [[Wessel Annex]] and [[Boruszkowski Hall]]), where cadets and others can seek shelter or safety in the event of any emergency situation. (Level 4 shelters are built to allow persons to survive anything short of a direct hit from nuclear weapons for indefinite periods.)
