Diane is the economics teacher of [[Lawndale High]]. She is married to a man named Herbert and both collect stuffed toys called "Fuzzy Wuzzy Wee Bits
When teaching in class, Diane's diagrams on the chalkboard resemble football plays, leaving practically all her students in a fog when trying to understand what she's writing. She generally tries not to teach and usually comes up with excuses not to, such as taking her class on a field trip to the mall.
