An EOE (or Extraterrestrial-Oriented Entity) is the official designation used by those governments which are signatories to the Bowman Acts to define any and all objects or beings which have arrived on Earth from a point of origin located somewhere else within the spatial universe where the Earth resides. (This designation is to specifically differentiate these entities from those entities which have arrived on Earth from other dimensions or time-frames; those individuals are categorized as MOV.)
