Line 1: An area of military jurisdiction designated after the events of [[Black Saturday]] (as described in the serial fic [[Apocalyptic Daria]]), the '''First Military Section''' is under the direct command of Major General [[Bartholomew J. Simpson]], by means of a direct Presidential Order. Dead Zones are: Washington, D.C. and all areas within 35 miles of the capital Line 15: All dead zones are off-limits, with plans to seal them off.
