Dead Zones are areas which have been hit by nuclear weapons and rendered uninhabitable. 1st M.S. are:
*Washington, D.C. and all areas within 35 miles of the capital
*Norfolk, Virginia and all areas within a 30-mile radius
*Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and all areas within a 25-mile radius
*Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and all areas within a 25-mile radius
