Julia has a major in Administration of Justice (criminology). She speaks flawless French, in the Metropolitean accent. She is a competent forger, able to escape from almost any form of restraining device, and is a world-class pickpocket and lockpick/safecracker. She also has considerable skills in computer hacking and circumventing security systems, entering secure areas, and has a recognized 'stealth' ability, being able to hide from detection from even active searches.
