The only Legionnaires never to have worn the older uniforms are Julia, Fran, Jodie, and Trent - the newer generation of Legionnaires. Tiffany did not wear the newer generation of uniforms until 13.7, being absent from the Legion during the changeover in uniforms. Jodie wore a facsimile of the newer uniform when she revealed her abilities to Daria for the first time.
In LLH 13.8, Julia Carlyle was seen wearing a Legion uniform. Her uniform colors are black and pink; however, her uniform possesses active camouflage elements (which allows her to blend in easier with her environment during flight). In LLH 14.2, Trent Lane appeared for the first time in his Legion uniform, with ice-blue as his uniform colors. In LLH 14.4, Jaime White also appeared in Legion uniform for the first time; his colors were black and orange.
