Majesty in Black
Majesty in Black is the seventy-first installment of Roentgen's Legion of Lawndale Heroes series. It is also titled 9:3 (Chapter 9, Part 3).

- Upchuck does not have a drivers' licence, only a learners' permit.
- Tom Sloane is elected to the Legion. (Sandi works the rules, as only a quorum is needed to vote, and many Legionnaires (including Daria) are not present.)
- The Soul Crystal has now been moved to the basement of Legion Tower.
- This story has the first mention of Old Stanley's.
