A college in which Quinn Morgendorffer is interested in attending. She inquires about its admissions standards at the beginning of Is it Fall Yet?. Applicants need a STAT score of at least 1000 and a B-minus average to get in, though Mr. O'Neill says Pepperhill University is "known more for its wide range of social activities than academics". David Sorenson dismisses it as a "party school".

The Fashion Club as a whole intended to apply to Pepperhill University. Once they heard about the admission requirements, Sandi decided they'd all go somewhere else. Quinn still seemed interested in going to Pepperhill at the end of IIFY?.

Fanfiction Use

Fanfiction authors tend to use Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, as a template for Pepperhill, such as in Richard Lobinske's Falling Into College series. (In that series, the student newspaper is known, appropriately as The Peppermill.)
