The term is named for [[Richard Lobinske]], a entomologist from Florida who is also the author of several noted Daria fan fiction series and works. Dr. Lobinske is also amoderator on the [[PPMB]], and one of the primary workers behind the the upcoming 2008 Dariacon (to be held in Orlando, Florida).
