I'd like to add the lovely illustrations of the characters in this series, made by one Noémie Fachan (as you can see here, on one of the several Daria sites that host them). Unfortunately, I can't find an eMail address to contact the artist to ask for permission. Does anyone figure it'd be "cool" to upload them anyway, with a note of who created them?

I would contact the maintainer of that site to see if they have any contact info for that artist first (then any other sites that have that artists work). After exhausting all possable avenues of achieving contact with the artist for permission, put up a small thumbnail copy with the {{copyright}} tag and a fair use rationale.
