Tommy

Tommy was one of Quinn's many admirers, shown in "The Big House". Quinn had quietly arranged to sneak out with Tommy and violate her grounding, but he was two hours late and ruined the plan. She was not happy.

In Love is a Way Too Many Splendored Thing, she explained she'd rejected him as: "How can you trust someone who is two hours late and can't throw a pebble to save his life?"
