Kennedy] and his brothers Attorney General [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_F._Kennedy Robert Kennedy] and [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ted_Kennedy Edward Kennedy] (all of whom were mutants) were present for the ceremony. It was during this relocation that the group was officially renamed the ''U.S. Special Powers Command'', but for purposes of secrecy maintained the former title for all outside/non-secure interactions with the general public.
