Where No Light Breaks, Where No Sea Runs
A post-canon angst fanfic by The Angst Guy. Quinn Morgendorffer is severely injured in a car accident and lies in a coma. As a consequence, Daria Morgendorffer goes to prison for murder.
The title was derived from lines in a poem by Dylan Thomas, “Light Breaks Where No Sun Shines,” modified to fit the tone of the story (“Light breaks where no sun shines; / Where no sea runs, the waters of the heart / Push in their tides....”).
