World's Shortest Crossover
Fanfiction-writer competition on PPMB that was begun in January 2011 by Gregor Samsa. Participants post extremely short ficlets or story fragments in a particular thread on PPMB, and other participants try to guess the crossover. The idea has proven wildly popular, with many dozens (or hundreds) of crossovers attempted so far.
