A Morgendorffer Scorned is the first "episode" of C.E. Forman's Lost Season Two (of The Lost Seasons series), written in August 1999. Like all of Forman's Lost Season episodes, it is written in quasi-script form with three Acts and commercials.

Summary[edit]

The story involves a guest instructor, Eugene Baldwin, teaching Mr. O'Neill's class. Daria is hurt and confused when Baldwin gives her good grades on her assignments, but "nitpicks" over her word choice and character motivation. After avoiding class for a few days, Daria finally takes part in the last assignment, and finds out the real reason Baldwin was so critical.
