Covell Hall is the dormitory used by the complement of elite cadets known as the Phantom Eagles on the campus of the United States Academy of Extranormal Studies, in Evansville, Indiana.
It is also designated as one of a number of Level 4 secure emergency shelters on the USAES campus (along with Zero Area, Trueblood Cafeteria, theWessel Annex and Boruszkowski Hall), where cadets and others can seek shelter or safety in the event of any emergency situation.
