'''Dr. Shar''' is a cosmetic surgeon and proprietor of [[Dr. Shar's Swan Shoppe]] who is introduced in the episode, "[[Too Cute]]". Though clearly a recipient of too many cosmetic procedures herself, Dr. Shar is popular for performing surgery on teenagers and despite her protestations, has very questionable ethics, such as suggesting sham charges for Human Growth Hormone treatments on [[Daria Morgendorffer|Daria]] to pay for a procedure on [[Quinn Morgendorffer|Quinn]].
She can briefly be seen in "[[I Loathe a Parade]]," in a romantic embrace with [[Rock N' Roll Randy]], of all people.
