'''John Peters''' is a fictional character from [[Doggieboy]]'s [[Apocalyptic Daria]]. He is the father of [[Martin Peters]] and the husband of [[Martha Peters]].
WhereasWhile Martha has "decided" that Martin will be a preacher, John is pretty muchwas content to let his son choose his own career.
John has shown appreciation for [[Daria]]'s help in saving Martin's life and believesbelieved that there is something going on between the two. He has chosenchose not to interfere, which isnwasn't easy given his wife's horror at such a romance. When Daria and Martin later announced that they were indeed 'an item', he supported them.
John iswas later shot by his wife during a psychotic episode and left to die in their burning home. He iswas rescued from the fire by Martin, but soon goeswent into a coma and diesdied from his injuries several hours later.
