Keenak is a hippie friend of [[Helen]] and [[Jake]], created for fanfiction by [[C.E. Forman]].
He appeared in [[The Lost Seasons]] story "[[Fireworks]]", set in 1968, Overweight and given to public displays of nudity, Keenak subscribed to the laid-back philosophy: "If it feels good, do it." He avoided the [[Vietnam War]] by failing the army physical test.
In 1968, he was part of the group that took over the dean's office in a successful protest against [[Middleton College]]'s segregationist policies.
His family ran a self-sufficient commune in San Francisco, where he and the rest of the "gang" lived for a few years following graduation. In 1975, he presided over Jake and Helen's wedding.
