Post-canon Daria fanfic by The Angst Guy. Sandi Griffin greets New Year's Day 2005 in Khao Lak, Thailand, the only survivor of the Boxing Day Tsunami that destroyed her family. The story has a sequel: "When the Torrent of That Time Comes Pouring Back."
"Nine Point Oh" has its origin in a 2005 Iron Chef request for what the characters were doing on New Year's Day.
