* Staren - The only two I have a problem with is Fanworks and Fandom as to me they seem a little nitpicky about what goes in each category. The names almost seem interchangeable with the example categories you listed for them. If you could expand a little on what defines the two for me please.

* Staren - Agreed. We need to sit down and hash out a list guidelines rather then cleaning up as we go. Perhaps we should get the meta categories established (mainly Administration) and get as organized as we can, then start getting that information together in the Help namespace where it can be added to individual categories as needed.
