Julia has a major in Administration of Justice (criminology). She speaks flawless French, in the Metropolitean accent. She is an expert fighter in [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tae_kwan_do Tae Kwon Do] and [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Savate savate], and has incorporated both into an incredibly effective fighting style for use while airborne. She has also been trained in the arts of fencing and [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kendo Kendo].
Julia has also developed a number of skills that are not entirely looked upon kindly by the USAES faculity (although they do have a limited group of courses that touch upon these areas; due to that and the fact that those skills are useful, Julia was allowed to continue). She is a excellent forger, able to escape from almost any form of restraining device, and is a world-class pickpocket and lockpick/safecracker. She also has impressivec skills in computer programming, operations and hacking, circumventing security systems, entering secure areas, and has a recognized 'stealth' ability, being able to hide from detection from even active searches. (Julia always keeps a set of lockpicks in her clothing at all times, as well as several micro-thermite charges and a miniature 'electronic lockpicking pad', for the purpose of defeating any doorlock. She also keeps a pair of condoms in her uniform, as she has found various uses for them in the shadowy side of her training.)
