==Buzzdome in Canon==
What Buzzdome.com did was not clear and this vagueness was integral to the subplot. Sameer, when asked by Jake, responded, "We help other dot coms maximize their potential, and expand the virtual marketplace." Upon a quizzical look from Jake, responded more candidly. "Look, I make big money, to sit around and daydream. I'm not about to rock the boat." The company's unclear mission and stereotypical employees/co-owners parodied the dot com craze - though unfortunately, the craze was crashing at the time the episode was aired
Buzzdome presented a variety of interesting characters
It took everyone at Buzzdome.com a while to realise Jake knew ''nothing'' about computers, initially believing his dated references and confusion were jokes. He got on well with the staff though, and while they fired him as a worker they hired him as a consultant who could show them what middle-aged technically illiterate men wanted.
The correct spelling of Sameer and Zhengdong's names was in dispute until [[Anne D. Bernstein]] revealed them in an email to [[Kara Wild]].
