The Pact
Entry by Richard Lobinske for his Iron Chef based on fan artwork of Daria as Taarna the Defender from the movie Heavy Metal. When Ms. Li appears at a pep rally with a strange, green pendant, Daria knows that great evil is afoot and that she's the only one that can stop it.
Winner of "Favorite Science Fiction" story in the 3rd Daria Fanworks Awards.
