Brian Taylor
The younger brother of Brittany Taylor in Daria. Brian has a pronounced streak of cruelty and is noted in several places in canon as enjoying the torture of small animals (e.g., "The Lab Brat"). He is one of the characters most often described as "evil" in the series.
