Brian Taylor

The younger brother of Brittany Taylor in Daria. As shown in canon, Brian has a pronounced streak of cruelty. It is noted in several places that he enjoys torturing small animals (e.g., "The Lab Brat" and The Daria Database). He is one of the characters most often described as "evil" by fans of the series. This perception is strongly reinforced in many of the fanfics about him, which almost without exception present Brian as a dangerous psychopath.
