Dr. Shar

Dr. Shar is a cosmetic surgeon, with obviously too much cosmetic surgery herself, that is introduced in the episode, "Too Cute". She is popular for performing surgery on teenagers and despite her protestations, has very questionable ethics, such as suggesting sham charges for Human Growth Hormone treatments on Daria to pay for a procedure on Quinn.
