Secretary of Defense under President Daria Morgendorffer, from 2021 to 2029.

A fiftysomething widower, described as a "former brigadier" in the U.S. armed forces, possibly the Army or Air Force. Although a competant professional, and someone Daria thought enough of to consider a close friend, he seemed to be personally intimidated by his commander in chief.

He would subsequently serve as Vice-President under president Jürgen.
