It is Jane's birthday gift, but Jane seems to be more grateful for Daria's art supplies.

The song is heard complete in the show, but is still only 40 seconds long, after the intro comes a bombastic outro. The lyrics to the intro is about Jane's birthday gift, what the lyrics to the outro has to do with the rest of the song is a matter of conjecture - some have speculated that Trent has heard Daria say this at more than one Mystik Spiral concert.
