MOV

A MOV (or Multiverse-Oriented Visitation) is the designation used by Bowman Acts- signatory governments to identify any incursion upon Earth by entities from other dimensions or alternate realities from their own, as well as to designate those entities themselves.

A MOV designation is also applicable if the incursion/entity has a point of extraterrestrial origin from within that alternate universe or reality.
