Memorial Day is a character from Depth Takes a Holiday and manifestation of the actual American holiday. She appears as a blonde girl carrying a surfboard. She flees to Saint Patrick's Day for help, hoping he can stop President's Day forcing her to recite the Pledge of Allegiance - St Patrick's Day seems used to this happening to her.
