This Show Sucks is a spoof essay by C.E. Forman from 2000, pretending to have been written in 1997.

In a satire of contemporary fan complaints that the show had been ruined by changing, he 'argues' that the first season of Daria is different to the pilot episode "Sealed with a Kick" and thus is terrible:

"In closing, to summarize the main points I've made in this essay:

1) The show is different now than it was originally.
2) Therefore, it is bad."
