First mentioned in It's All About Respect, V.L. Riley is a world-famous fashion designer of women's/men's clothing and footwear. Not much is known about Riley except that she has homes in several European cities, and that she is not above crafting one-of-a-kind fashions for individuals who have performed invaluable services for her and her friends. (Lauriel de la Ribas mentioned that the full-length sweater dress she wore was one of several outfits made for her after she spent a summer at Riley's Italian home as her personal chef.)
