In the Legion of Lawndale Heroes fanfic series, Verona Beach is a ultra-wealthy city in Northern California that is the hometown of Zoey Robertson. Inspired by the Shakespherean play The Taming of the Shrew and along the lines of [Beverly Hills Beverly Hills], it is a small city (roughly equal in size to Lawndale), with a very wealthy populace.
