Veronica is the non-existent (or very forgettable based on some stories) 3rd and last Morgendorffer sister.
History
She was originally created by Robert Nowell, in a story fragment. She was then taken up by Renfield to produce the excellent and heart-wrenching Twilight's Own, and later finished by Nowell himself in Next Time, This Time. The character gained a life of her own after that. Her personality was further refined by Brother Grimace, in his story The Trouble With Veronica.
