Cindy

Cindy is a character from "Camp Fear". She, along with Tracy and Tatiana, were Quinn's friends at Camp Grizzly, where they pretty much ignored all the camp activities. She is eerily similar to Stacy Rowe in look and temperament.

When Quinn first went to Grizzly, it was Cindy who asked "Who's that weird girl over there with your parents?" and inadvertently started Quinn off on calling Daria her 'cousin'.

When Quinn accidentally revealed she'd stolen Tracy's boyfriend at camp, Cindy and the other girls abandoned her.

She is not be confused with Lawndale High's Cindy.
