Lawndale Lions
The Lawndale Lions are the Lawndale High football team. They appear in some of the episodes and are referenced in both 'The Daria Diaries' and 'The Daria Database'.
Members of the Team
The team is trained by the coach Gibson.
The complete list of players is difficult to do. Several players appear in the episodes, but only in passing and without any speaking lines. Also, few have been given names during the running of the series. The known athletes are:
- Kevin Thompson - quarterback;
- Michael 'Mack' Mackenzie - captain of the team (specifically stated as such in both books and in 501); his
position is unknown, though he plays Quarterback when Kevin is absent;
- Jamie White - position unknown;
- Joey - position unknown;
- Jeffrey - position unknown;
- Robert - position unknown;
Ex-members
- Tommy Sherman had been a Quarterback previous to the time period of the episodes.
Other
Upchuck is not a football player, but commentates the games.
