"Partner's Complaint" was the first episode of the fourth season of the Daria TV series (episode number 401). It first aired on MTV on February 25, 2000 and was written by Glenn Eichler.
Summary
Daria and Jodie, Jane and Brittany, and Kevin and Mack pair up to work on an economics assignment, to go through the early motions of a "real world" economic activity. Pair 1 is securing a business loan, Pair 2 is buying a car, Pair 3 is, also, buying a car. Jodie and Daria lock horns over their respective approaches to sell the bank executives on their business plan. Jane and Brittany (mainly Brittany) deal with a flirtatious and persistant car salesman named Wally. Kevin and Mack's car salesman is more of a fast talker, and soon Kevin finds himself talked into more than he bargained for.
