Summary

Daria, Jodie Landon, and Upchuck all compete for a scholarship offered by Wizard Computers, a stereotypical "evil corporation" fronted by a racist, sexist "redneck billionaire," bringing to mind H. Ross Perot's software and services firm, Electronic Data Systems, notorious for its authoritarian corporate culture when Perot ran it. Jane reacts strangely to Daria's participation in the competition.
