The Last Piece Falls

The 33rd story in the Falling Into College series by Richard Lobinske. The story occurs during early to mid-November 2000.

Summary edit

Daria Morgendorffer gets a subpoena to testify to a grand jury about her involvement in the Ultra Cola situation during her senior year at Lawndale High and the case involves Angela Li, Leonard Lamm, and Linda Griffin. Linda Griffin initially retains Helen Morgendorffer. After Daria contacts Helen, she knows she has a conflict of interest and can’t represent either, so Helen contacts Carol Murphey to represent Daria. Eventually, Daria and Sandi Griffin must testify before the grand jury. In a relation to that case, Upchuck’s old website is investigated and some very disturbing information uncovered.
