WellTemperedClavier
WellTemperedClavier is a Daria fan and fanfic author who first came to the PPMB in 2013. He left in early 2014, returned in 2018, and left for Archive Of Our Own and Lawndale-High Message Board in 2019.
Biographical Information
In addition to several pieces of Daria fanfic, WellTemperedClavier has also written 1.5 original unpublished novels, and has gotten a few short stories published. When it comes to media interests, his obsession with Daria is matched only by his obsession with The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind.
Fanon and Fan Culture Contributions
Inspired by the TV reviews written by the staff at The Onion AV Club, WellTemperedClavier chose to write similarly styled reviews for Daria. He started on the /r/Daria subreddit in 2017, but only covered the first few episodes. Later, in 2018, he rejoined the PPMB and reposted the existing analyses and began writing new ones. He finished the analyses in March of 2019, and they can be found on Archive Of Our Own and on Lawndale-High.
In 2020, he organized the Daria Quarantine Marathon, an online episode viewing that was initially planned as an online convention.
Later that year, he consulted with the Miraheze team and set up an election to get a new admin for DariaWiki. As of this writing, the election is on-going, with him as the only candidate.
