Clark Cobb is an evangelist leader and head of the Christian Businessmen's Association in Highland. Despite his outward piety and moral crusading, Cobb generally puts his money and image first.
In order to be 'down with the kids', he uses Socko (a sock) and a falsetto voice. In Socko's appearance in "Walkathon", Butt-head wisely noted Socko had "a hand up his butt".
Daria Morgendorffer was begrudgingly drawn into his 'charity' causes in "Walkathon" and "The Great Bungholio".
Trivia
Mike Judge based Cobb's voice on H. Ross Perot.
